The consumer vision project was a workshop I ran with a diverse group of people from across Eventbrite’s product organization. I brought in various groups of people for four one day workshops focused on various touchpoint in our consumer lifecycle: finding out about Eventbrite, finding an event they want to attend, going to an event and after an event.
The idea was to brainstorm a number of scenarios based around each of those touchpoints and to create a flow based around a new iOS application concept that matched that. It was my role to lead these workshops, synthesize what we learned and create a new iOS application concept that could be showed around based on this work.
