discovery experience testing/ 2015
In February of 2015 we launched a more cohesive consumer web experience along with updated branding. This was part of a long term push to improve upon the user experience of discovery and search experience on the web. In order to understand how what I was designing was being used and how we could move forward I launched a longitudinal usability study from August 2014 through January 2015. This is the culmination of that research.
